Shipping & Returns
Wilde Willow provides free shipping for all orders over $150.00. For all orders less than $150.00, there is a standard delivery fee of $10.00 (AUD).
Shipping within Australia
All orders are sent via Express Post, to provide a fast and reliable delivery service. Please view Australia Post for more information.
- Orders made before 4:00pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders made after 4:00pm AEST, on a weekend or public holiday will be posted the next business day.
- Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days for capital cities. For all regional areas, please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 5 business days of placing your order please contact your local Australia Post to check if it is at the depot. If it is not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and your order number. We will contact Australia Post to track your order and respond to your enquiry immediately.
All international orders are charged at a standard delivery fee of $25.00 (AUD) and are sent with Australia Registered Post and require a signature.
- Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
Wilde Willow does not include local taxes, import duties and customs charges for international orders and are not responsible for such charges.
There are strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty. Please refer to our sizing chart before purchasing and choose carefully.
Due to the one off and exclusive pieces that Wilde Willow designs we unfortunately do not accept refunds but can offer an exchange or credit note. Please post your item back to us within 7 days of the item being dispatched to you. Please ensure that you are 100% happy with the piece, colour and size before you proceed to checkout and should you need to exchange your item, please fill in our Returns Form along with your item back to;

Please note all shipping and postage back are the responsibility of the customer and we are not liable for lost packages. We recommend sending it through registered post.
